**PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR**

**Opportunity**: m3 mechanical consultants inc. is seeking a full-time Project Administrator to join our office in Victoria, BC. We are offering a challenging opportunity with competitive wages, flexible working hours, group health & dental benefits, and a semi-annual performance-based bonus plan.

**Company**:
M3 provides Engineering Consulting Services throughout British Columbia and the Yukon Territory for mechanical building systems. Our diverse project experience varies from small to large scale projects that include Healthcare, Educational, Municipal, Government, Commercial, Light Industrial, and Multi-unit Residential facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shall report directly to a Principal of the Company.
- Working in a collaborative team environment.
- Assist the Office Manager with project setup, bookkeeping, and billings.
- Providing support on a variety of projects to assist technical staff, including but not limited to: o Coordinate production of project documents, submissions, and records o Production of proposals and experience summaries o Editing of project specifications and reports
- Coordinating marketing and development tasks, including but not limited to: o Building and managing Project Profiles for completed design projects o Managing and developing marketing materials and information o Organize and coordinate company events o Organize staff training and development events
- Managing office operating duties: o Manage software licenses and subscriptions. o Manage internet and phone provider services. o Maintain and update organization asset management system o Assist with organizational permitting, insurance, and health/safety requirements
- Liaise with clients and/or their representatives.
- Develop and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
- Undertake delegated tasks to aid and optimize productivity of technical staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- High-level of competency using the following software systems: o Microsoft Office (Specifically Outlook, Word, Excel) o Microsoft Teams o Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam REVU
- Working knowledge of the following software systems will be considered an asset: o Intuit Quickbooks & Core o Microsoft OneNote

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
