**Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Project Management Associate**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the combined role of Administrative Assistant and Project Management Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, while also assisting in managing various interior design projects from inception to completion. This is a contract basis position and not on payroll.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment
- Responsible for staying on top of time tracking,
- Responsible for client billing and invoicing
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in creating, preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and project managers.

2. **Project Management**:

- Collaborate with project managers to create project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Organize and maintain project files, documentation, and records.
- Assist in conducting research on design trends, materials, and suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in administrative support, billing, or project coordination roles,

preferably in the interior design or architecture industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in gmail, google drive, google apps, clickup
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Interest in interior design and a willingness to learn about the industry.
