Job Posting Information- To support increased and timely access to appropriate diagnostic assessments following a positive screening mammogram, the Champlain Regional Cancer Program has received funding to develop a central intake for breast screening diagnostic assessment and a regional wait time repository- The Project Coordinator is accountable for providing assistance to the Cancer Screening Manager and the Central Intake Project Manager for all aspects related to the planning and delivery of the regional central intake and wait time dashboard strategic projects/initiatives, coordinates the delivery of assigned projects, and ensures delivery within scope, budget, and requirements.- The Project Coordinator provides a full range of project coordination expertise for a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This role involves significant planning and organizational aptitudes to coordinate meetings, logistics, attendees, and agendas, as well as develops and implements reports, analyses and/or policies relating to the project.- Communicates with project teams/stakeholders about direction of project and set clear delivery expectations. The position is also responsible for the provision of technical support in the delivery of various technical and design documents, presentations, displays, etc., to support the requirements of various clients and stakeholders across TOH and our regional Ontario Breast Cancer Screening Program sites.- About The Ottawa Hospital- Inspirés par la recherche et guidés par la compassion.- L’Hôpital d’Ottawa est l’un des plus grands hôpitaux d’enseignement et de recherche au Canada. A College or University degree in the area of business administration, project management / coordination or a combination of equivalent professional experience and training
-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination:

-Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proven customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and to work effectively in a team-based environment
-Ability to meet deadlines with mínimal supervision and work in a team setting with colleagues at all levels
-Strong organizational skills while being detail-oriented
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
-Ability to multi-task and quickly adjust focus based on changing priorities
- Preferred Qualifications-
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) accreditation or working towards accreditation
-Experience using MS Project and database systems is an asset.
