This will be achieved by the participation of a **Project Coordinator** working with supporting resources from Account Management, Engineering, Transition, and Service Delivery Teams.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, resource assignments.
- Scheduling, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Preparing presentation materials for meetings.
- Documenting and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Documenting project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Managing project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects follow common project methodologies.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Document project risks and emerging issues.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Three years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work on aggressive timelines
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

**Nice to Haves**:

- Knowledge of IT environments
- A security clearance
- Understanding of current ITIL Foundation
