Cobourg, Canada Spectacular Water Systems Full time

**SWS is seeking to fill a permanent full-time position (30 to 40 hours per week as needed).**

**Duties**:

- Open and close store
- Answer phone
- Schedule appointments
- Create sales orders / invoices
- Receive payment
- Assist customers in store
- Test water samples
- Provide information / quotes about products and services
- Call existing clients to schedule annual service
- Data entry & filing
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required**:

- Flexible availability for all shifts (8:30 - 5 and 9 - 5:30 Mon to Fri, Sat 8:30 - 3)
- Clean Criminal Background Check

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, both verbal and written

**Experience an asset**:

- Customer Service
- Retail sales
- POS / Cash handling
- Simply Accounting and/or Bookkeeping
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Outlook
- Office equipment (phones, fax, scan)

**Projects**:

- Inventory Purchasing
- Accounts Receivable
- Advertising
- Social Media content creation, posting, online interaction.
- Policy writing
- Other projects as assigned.

Full-time hours: 30 - 40 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Based on experience, or start at $17.00 per hour. Wages increase with learning and ability to assume responsibility of assigned projects completing them with thoroughness and accuracy.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
