**About the role**

Description d'emploi

Nous cherchons des Agents, soutien administratif à l'indemnisation, pour un **mandat temporaire** d'une durée de** 6** mois** au sein de notre équipe grandissante

Ce poste est disponible dans nos bureaux de **St-Hyacinthe**

**Horaires temps plein **:lundi au vendredi, quart horaire entre 8h et 17h

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Traiter et effectuer efficacement des transactions, des tâches administratives, des tâches cléricales et des suivis dans les différents systèmes de l’indemnisation; afin de supporter les différents intervenants du département de l’indemnisation
- Traiter, effectuer le paiement et les suivis nécessaires des factures des réclamations de bris de glace pour l'ensemble du Canada.
- Traiter et effectuer efficacement des transactions monétaires et de paiements pour différents types de factures et/ou estimations en lien avec les dossiers de réclamations automobiles et habitations des experts des CSI du Québec.
- Maintenir une grande efficacité dans nos délais moyen de traitements de nos transactions
- Soutenir des projets ou de nouvelles initiatives sur demande.

**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**:

- Technicien administratif ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de bureau
- Excellent service à la clientèle et capacité d'établir des relations
- Communication écrite et verbale exemplaire
- Hautement organisé et capable de gérer efficacement le flux de travail sans supervision continue
- Esprit d'équipe et attitude positive
- Capacité et volonté d'apprendre
- Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
