**About the role**

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative I for our Operations CIME to join our growing team

**What you’ll do here**:

- Answer incoming phone calls by demonstrating unparalleled customer service.
- Respond to customer questions and adjust related to their customer’s account.
- Send documents or copies of policies to clients.
- Respond to the various customer needs related such as answering general questions, proceeding with re-enrollment after a cancellation and solving problems encountered by customers.

**What you bring to the table**:

- High School Diploma (or any equivalent degree)
- Any relevant training with experience in customer service will be considered.
- Experience in a call centre environment (asset)
- Attention to detail and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Autonomy, dynamism and strong communication skills
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite and others
- Bilingual (French and English) (asset)
