We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant for a 3-4 week contract in the Halton area. The role is at a small accounting firm and involves general reception duties.

Main responsibilities include:

- Filing, photocopying, faxing and scanning as required
- Typing of correspondence and various documents
- Electronic calendar management
- Preparation of invoices and updating client information
- Data entry and answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Providing other administrative / bookkeeping support as required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to both detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Be able to professionally handle all clients' requests, inquiries and needs, in person and over the phone.
- Proficient in MS Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
