The **_Enterprise Account Executive (EAE)_** role is a Sales Support Role reporting to the Enterprise Account Director (EAD - DOS). The main function of the EAE role is to provide a high level of service and support to both the EAD and our large CDK clients. Daily follow-up with other departments in CDK as well as with the client as well as timely responses to both are essential. Providing "World Class Service" is a daily requirement.

The role is more of a sales support role than a front-line quota-carrying role. With that said, there will be select opportunities for sales depending on the account. The role will provide broad exposure to products, packaging and implementation models that baseline would not see.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES**:
**SF/SQT/Contract production**

Responsible for producing documents accurately and in
accordance with the Framework Agreement.

**Determination**

This role, more than most, requires determination and
ability to push through internal and client headwinds.
Enterprise clients say no very often, R&D says no even more. Success requires a certain “fire in the belly” and resiliency when things don't go their way. These are long, strategic
sales cycles.

**Billing**

Understand frameworks, engage with clients, collectors, and BDC to address any issues. Research historical contracts and

**Manage Internal Resources**

Seek out and work with internal resources as necessary to
answer questions or resolve issues.

**Implementation Oversight**

Attend implementation calls for high-profile or large
projects.

**Creative Problem Solving**

**Store Level Selling**

Highly dependent on nature of buying org. Most tend to be corporate, yet some sales support still needed on a one-off basis with stores.

**Product Knowledge**

Considering sales will likely be more strategic, knowledge gaps can be satisfied in prep for a campaign.

**Project Management**

EAE to monitor all client activities

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years B2B Complex Sales Experience
- Automotive Industry Experience - preferred
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience using consultative solution selling to align client’s business needs with a solution
- Ability to manage a complex sales process and provide customer support based on the needs of the client
- Experience using a CRM system
- Ability to travel 75% or more, including overnight travel

**Base Salary = $75K + Commissions + Benefits**
