The current vacancy is a 14-month Term and can be located at one of the following locations:
- Moncton ACC- Gander ACC- Montreal ACC- Toronto ACC- National Capital Region (Ottawa)- Winnipeg ACC- Edmonton ACC- Vancouver ACC

In this role you will:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.-
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.-
- Attend networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment-related activities to promote the organization as an employer of choice.- Stay updated on relevant legislation and ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements.
What you bring:
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.- 2 years experience in Human Resources ideally in Talent.-
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (ie: Workday).- Language Requirements - Bilingual preferred (English and French)
