We are looking for a permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Home Office Human Resources team. You will be responsible for supporting and improving talent acquisition strategies and growing Giant Tiger’s employer brand.

Talent Acquisition Specialist, Job Highlights:

Talent Acquisition Specialist, Key Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business or related- 1+ year in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Administration role or related- 3+ years in client or customer facing role- Experience with an ATS, HRIS and online job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobilico)- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office- Skilled in developing positive working relationships with business leaders ensuring the ability to advise the selection process for current and future business needs.- Ability to use various approaches to connect and engage with those who have diverse backgrounds and skills-
- Ability to adapt communication style to the recipient.- Must have strong attention to detail; including observation, accuracy, thoroughness, organizational skills, focus and problem-solving ability. Ability to see projects or tasks through to completion.
