Job description:
1. Provide administrative and office support, and perform a variety of administrative duties related to assigned work.

2. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.

3. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.

4. Maintaining general cleanliness of the office, and leading renovation projects.

5. Coordinate and oversee a variety of projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

6. Plan and organize office meetings and events.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is a plus.

2. Over 1-year experience in an administrative role, preferably in a educational setting.

3. Good driving record and have G driving license.

4. Fluent speaking in Mandarin and English.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: $16.55-$29.35 per hour
