As the Enablement Program Manager, you will help with the design and execution of enablement programs that help our sales and success teams understand how use technology to improve productivity. You are with a project management mindset and experience using working backwards methodologies. And, as a visionary who strives for excellence, you excel in working with instructional designers to develop creative resources, bring video learning content to life with storytelling and leverage learning platforms to produce mixed-modality content, including reinforcement exercises, micro-learning, role plays, and simulations. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement.

**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with team members and business owners to develop curriculum designed to bring program strategies to life that improve the productivity and effectiveness of our sales and success teams.- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build and deliver leading-edge digital learning programs and experiences.- Lead execution strategies aligned to program strategies and audience needs.- Use data to evolve programs and training solutions, validate skill attainment and measure knowledge retention.- Explore new learning strategies to ensure enablement is seamless, integrated into the flow of work and becomes a differentiator for Autodesk.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.- 3-5 years' experience in sales, technical or product enablement discipline at a SaaS company.- Experience launching enablement programs across a global organization.- Project management skills and customer focus.- Break down concepts to explain them to different audiences.- Stay flexible through growth and change.- Use data/insights in influencing teams to build strategies.- Experience working backward methodologies.

Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire du programme de soutien pour rejoindre notre équipe.

En tant que gestionnaire du programme de soutien, vous aiderez à concevoir et à exécuter des programmes de soutien qui aideront nos équipes commerciale et du succès à comprendre comment utiliser la technologie pour améliorer leur productivité. Vous êtes doté(e) d’une mentalité de gestion de projet et avez l’expérience de l’utilisation de méthodologies rétroactives. Et, en tant que visionnaire qui recherche l’excellence, vous excellez dans le travail avec les concepteurs pédagogiques pour développer des ressources créatives, donner vie au contenu d’apprentissage vidéo avec narration et tirer parti des plateformes d’apprentissage pour produire du contenu mixte, incluant des exercices de renforcement, du micro-apprentissage, des jeux de rôles et des simulations. Vous relèverez directement du ou de la gestionnaire principal(e) en soutien aux revenus.
