**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition Strategy**:
- Work with Hiring Managers to ensure deep understanding of the role and requirements
- Execute key talent insights to drive accountability and forward-thinking conversations ensuring optimal people competencies are aligned to overall business priorities in order to provide greater transparency and visibility to stakeholders.
- Execute effective and efficient sourcing, hiring & selection tools and resources to support business requirements and strategies.
- Suggest best practices for how talent acquisition is approached across the organization
**Team Leadership**:
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to idea formation
- Suggest various levers to use in order to achieve hiring targets
- Manage 15-20 (min) roles at any given time
- Research/make recommendations on the latest recruiting trends and tools to strive for efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through in-depth interviews and high offer-to-interview ratios
- Participate in networking events with industry organizations and partners
- Represent the organization at all times. With Pride; Passion; Enthusiasm, and Commitment
**Job Requirements**:
- 3-5 years experience in talent/talent acquisition with exposure to external hiring agencies
- Prior experience working as a recruiter for agency or marketing organization
- Prior experience working on client services roles, including: Account Directors, Digital Strategists, Digital Analysts or Social Strategists
- Results and solutions oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative and solid judgment
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Current use and/or early adoption of AI functions for TA, preferred
- Prior experience in advertising agency or healthcare marketing
