Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive real estate assistant to support and develop our team. If you possess a positive attitude and self driven to work with little supervision this is a wonderful opportunity for you.
For the right applicant, this role will begin as part-time and gradually transition to full-time permanent status. There will be opportunities for future growth also.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Book appointments for listings.
- Manage the paperwork for the real estate transactions.
- Providing exceptional customer services to the clients.
- Managing website, social media platforms and updating CRM.
- Maintain Client Database and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Designing marketing material using Canva and other software.
- Making cold calls for marketing purposes.
**Skills and experience**:
- 1 year past real estate administrative experience would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
- Canva & Graphic Design
- Availability to work on flexible hours and sometime on weekends
- Valid driving License and ability to drive would be an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
