Our company is seeking a full-time Social Media Marketer & Personal Assistant to cover a maternity leave.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and has a creative eye for design. Must be comfortable being a member of a team for a busy real estate office. Daily duties will vary and will be split between marketing and administrative support.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Personal assistant to broker/owner
- Maintaining multiple social media profiles
- Creating and scheduling content for social media
- Understanding and maintaining CRM
- General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Handle requests for information and data
- Schedule tracking and planning
- Clerical/administrative procedures and systems such as filing, data input, and record keeping
- Tracking leads, and vetting incoming resumes
- General administrative support to agents

**Key Competencies**
- Adaptable, efficient, quick learning and flexible
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Prioritizing, able to work on own initiative and accountability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable teaching basic aspects of social media or computer skills

**Education and Experience**
- Minimum 2 year education in marketing/administration
- Experience with social media use as a business platform or strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta Business Suite)
- Experience with content creation (Canva)
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment (multi-line telephone, copier, etc)

Training will be provided with the current position holder

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.50 per hour
