Core Network Solutions is currently seeking a motivated individual eager to work as an Administrative Assistant within our dynamic team. This driven individual will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, with significant potential for growth in the organization.

Successful applicants will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Document processing
- Shipping/receiving
- Inventory tracking
- Duties as required

**Skills**

Qualifications:

- Business Administration certificate
- Minimum two years field experience
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Connectwise experience an asset

**Additional requirements**
Applicants must posses or be able to obtain:

- A valid Alberta Drivers License (Five years licensed in Canada)
- A clean drivers abstract
- Clean criminal record
