Administrative Assistant/receptionist

We are looking for an energetic, creative, motivated and highly responsible individual to provide a range of marketing & administrative support services to support our us,
- Create Social Media Postings and digital marketing of new projects
- Maintaining and updating clients’ database system
- Tracking booking daily agenda, strongly helping in meeting Sales targets
- Tracking current clients' processes and setting up booking
- Maintain filing system & submit files to different departments
- Phone calls: Making appointments,, contacting clients, etc.
- Ensuring all electronic information is backed up periodically
- Preparing PPT presentations
- Tax preparations for a bookkeeper
Hours: 35-40 Hours per week
**Note: Upon engagement, the Assistant shall commit for a minimum of one (1) year.**
**Qualifications/Education/Experience requirements**:
- Good experience with creating an advertisement, Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in Canva, Powerpoint, MS Office, Excel, Gmail & Google Drive
- Excellent communication skills, time management and phone skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize work
- Quick learner, adaptable and flexible
- College diploma or degree (courses in the advertisement, digital marketing & an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus)

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
