Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Supervisor to join our team. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technical support specialists and ensuring the smooth operation of our technical support department. You will provide guidance, training, and support to the team while also resolving complex technical issues.

**Duties**:

- Engage in electronic and face-to-face communication with our systems users that are encountering issues to identify and document their problems.
- Recreate, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues faced by users.
- Offer guidance and training to users to address identified difficulties.
- Deliver support for business systems, networks, and the Internet to users facing problems.
- Maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by fellow technical support analysts.
- Possibly oversee other technical support personnel within this group.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and MacOS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional support
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a help desk or technical support role is preferred
- Proficiency in Odoo platform

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $28.85 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
