**Associate Manager, Global Product Management**

As Associate Manager, Global Product Management your role is to enable a smooth portfolio management for all operational activities related to the portfolio. You will closely work with Product Directors and across functions to take charge of documentation related topics including customer support, cross-portfolio operational support, change management activities and customer notifications.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Product Management to draft and standardize PIB documentation.
- Provide cross-portfolio operational support, addressing regional inquiries.
- Manage customer requests via CRM, aligning with Product Management responsibilities.
- Lead change management initiatives and oversee operational lifecycle processes.
- Review, update, and maintain master data, including product and pack code creation.
- Coordinate customer notifications, accounting for 20% of the role.

**You bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of DSM-Firmenich's organizational structure and a well-established professional network.
- Proficient in system management, including TrackWise and master data management.
- In-depth knowledge of DSM-Firmenich's product portfolio.
- Exceptional administrative skills with a strong ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Capable of working independently while fostering meaningful connections.
- Highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision.
