The Opportunity

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be acting as the first point-of-contact to all guests and callers, the Administrative Associate is responsible for greeting guests, answering/routing phone calls and providing general administrative support as needed.

Full-Time career working out of our Edmonton - 55 Ave branch location.

What you will bring to the role
- Level 1 General Insurance License or interest in obtaining is required.

Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.

Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.

Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.

Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
