**About the Role**

As our Territory/Account Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our "we can do that" operation. This role involves:

- Developing and nurturing relationships with new independent customers
- Managing retail dispensary outlet relationships
- Executing sales initiatives and contributing to our high-performing culture
- Leading new business development in the Private Dispensary Channel
- Collaborating with trade marketing to implement effective customer solutions
- Building and maintaining in-depth industry and product knowledge

**About You**

You're a professional and courteous team player who's results-driven, highly organized, and strategically minded. You're also self-motivated and enthusiastic about seizing the opportunity to make a difference in an emerging industry.

**What You Bring**
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication skills and proven negotiation abilities
- 2-5 years' direct selling experience (CPG or beverage alcohol company preferred)
- CRM system expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and CRM tools is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Outside sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (preferred)
