Office Assistant

We are a well-established subsurface utility inspection and mapping company in Milton. We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant is responsible for the management of internal office systems, and assistance with Project Coordination, as needed.
Responsibilities would include:
- Administrative support for Project Managers and Field Staff
- Assisting with Quotations and Proposals
- Assisting with Project Coordination
- Assistance with the management of Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Management and maintaining Vendor/Supplier Accounts
- Accounts Payable Management
- Accounts Recievable Management
Qualifications:
- Previous office management experience.
- Familiarity with quality, and health and safety standards
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Superior organizational and planning abilities
**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday

- Milton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
