At **Cégep de Sept-Îles **we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team. As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of field service technicians, ensuring that they provide efficient and effective service to our clients. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, resolving any escalated issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:
Manage and oversee a team of field service technicians, ensuring they deliver high-quality service to clients
Develop and implement service strategies to optimize team performance and customer satisfaction
Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of service projects and initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance service delivery
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate team and individual performance
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to facilitate their professional growth and development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in field service management

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service management
Proven track record of successfully managing a team of field service technicians
Strong understanding of field service processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in field service management software is a plus
