Your Contribution

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work in collaboration with the Ontario Management team

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Producing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, Statements of Qualifications, banners, etc.
- Writing thoughtful leadership content for social media including LinkedIn, industry-relevant websites, etc.
- Planning, coordinating, and arranging internal meetings and Client events, meetings, conferences, industry events, etc.
- Communicating with external creative service providers
- Responding to/forwarding Englobe web leads to appropriate Operations staff
- Coordinating Ontario Top Wins on a monthly basis
- Minute taking for BD, Marketing meetings
- Obtaining Client financial info on a regular basis to track progress
- Tracking leads/opportunities in our ERP and overall contributing to the management of information in ERP to ensure it is utilized appropriately
- Fielding requests from Corporate Marketing and Communications team
- Creating and maintaining Client databases and mail lists
- Coordination of annual Holiday cards/gifts for Clients
- Conduct research and deliver intelligence to support existing initiatives, identify new BD opportunities, etc.
- Develop good knowledge regarding priority sectors to assist BD and Operations in improving its effectiveness in service delivery
- Assist Regional Leads with BD meetings and coordinating new leads in each Ontario region

Your Profile
- College Diploma in Marketing or administration or a College Diploma from a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience.
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills and perform detailed analysis in various software programs.
- Experience and knowledge in marketing for the professional services industry is an asset.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
