Production Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Accurate and timely processing of production reports
- Reconciling runtimes/downtimes/Head Counts and investigating root causes of discrepancies with production supervisors and managers
- Ensure inventory accuracy of production finished goods
- Print daily paperwork for production requirements
- Run daily reports as required
- Backfill the Inventory Coordinator and SAP lead as needed
- Supporting Inventory, QA and R&D departments, when required
- Track all R&D production reporting
- Work closely with finance team to ensure that weekly, monthly and year
- end reporting is closed accurately
- Responsible for year-end Cost Rolls & setting up new process orders.
- Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in employee handbook
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent is required
- SAP knowledge
- Inventory/Production reporting experience
