**Job Overview**:
As the Platform Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' journey from initial signup to full platform adoption is seamless, efficient, and rewarding. You'll be the architect of our onboarding process, setting the standard for customer excellence and success. Your expertise in automation, coupled with a deep understanding of our product and the onboarding landscape, will be key in driving efficiency and effectiveness in our onboarding strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement an end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform with a focus on automation and self-service tools.
- Work closely with Product Operations (ProdOps), Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Performance Management teams to align onboarding strategies with business goals and customer needs.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding success, customer satisfaction, and platform adoption.
- Continuously assess and optimize the onboarding process to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Provide hands-on support to customers during the onboarding process, including handling phone inquiries and technical troubleshooting.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in customer onboarding and SaaS platform engagement to ensure our processes remain best-in-class.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement improvements to the onboarding experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer onboarding, preferably within a SaaS or platform-based environment.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and software that can streamline the onboarding process.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement efficient, scalable onboarding processes and systems.
- Adept at handling customer inquiries and providing tech-savvy solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret KPIs related to customer onboarding and success.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams such as RevOps and Performance Management.
- Tech-savvy with a comprehensive understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and platform-specific onboarding challenges and solutions.
