**As an Integrations Specialist at Lotlinx, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the onboarding team to ensure our new customers experience smooth and efficient setups for integrating our platform into their existing systems. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs, facilitating seamless integration processes. You'll work closely with customers, third-party providers, and internal teams to implement a variety of integrations, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, dealer's CRM and DMS, inventory feeds, among others. Your role is crucial in troubleshooting integration issues, managing project timelines, and providing continuous support to maximize customer satisfaction and success.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support the onboarding team by providing technical expertise for seamless integration of our platform with customer systems such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, dealer's CRM and DMS, inventory feeds, and more.
- Collaborate with customers and third-party vendors to gather integration requirements and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
- Assist in the technical setup and implementation of integrations, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and post-integration, resolving any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to improve integration capabilities and address feedback from customers.
- Work with customers on managing and optimizing their integrations.
- Monitor integration performance, identifying and recommending enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
- Stay current with technology trends and industry standards to ensure our integration solutions remain competitive and effective.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably involving customer onboarding and integration in a SaaS or platform environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in integrating with various systems such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with customers, third parties, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with a variety of technologies and quickly adapting to new tools and processes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with API management, web services, and software development.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and automotive dealership operations is a plus
- Familiarity with data analytics and digital marketing tools.
