**About the Role**
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team's success. You will be responsible for effectively reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and driving sales growth. As a start-up growing more than 100% per month we have lots to do, and this role is a critical part of our core founding team
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Work alongside our CEO to qualify and reach out to customers to set up demo meetings, or provide answers to questions.
- Send onboarding instructions and occasional onboarding content.
- Review the leads master list to identify highly qualified customers and call them with our value propositions.
- Prioritize onboarding and calling high-quality leads.
- Input notes from customer calls into the Notion leads list for review and implementation in development cycles if new features are needed.
- Send leads to yours or the CEO’s calendar booking link for in-depth demos or support in transitioning existing events from other platforms.
This role is pivotal to our sales strategy, and your efforts will contribute to our growth and success.
**What we are looking for**:
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing leads.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools like Hubspot and Notion (experience is a plus).
- The ability to identify high-value leads and strategically prioritize them.
- A dedication to providing excellent customer service and support during the onboarding process.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
