Global Courier Onboarding Manager

**Description**:
**What’s On Your Plate**:
- Gather insights on the end to end experience of courier onboarding, drive the definition of our global onboarding strategy in collaboration with relevant functions and markets
- Collaborate with our Local & Global operations, global marketing, insights, planning & logistics, and Product & Tech teams to identify levers and define tangible initiatives to drive improvements to the courier onboarding experience and process, identify trends and opportunities including: time in the onboarding funnel and conversion.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech to define roadmap priorities
- Understand competitor landscape and drive quantifiable insights to guide prioritisation and impactful execution of initiatives
- Identify, quantify and articulate areas of opportunity and adopt a test and learn culture for new initiatives to quickly establish feasibility for scaling across markets
- Responsible for driving performance and implementing a proactive approach to maintaining and exceeding key performance metrics across the courier onboarding team. Communicate clear results, progress and actions planned with our Global Stakeholders, Local Senior Leadership, and any other pertinent parties.
- Responsible for improving/maintaining employee experience by driving engagement activities, driving leadership and team member development activities through continuous coaching and personal development, and owning the overall day to day experience of our employees.

- Experience in developing a strategy or business plan spanning multiple functional areas and requiring innovative approaches
- Creative mindset and experience turning ideas into successful execution
- Proven track record of defining and delivering high impact initiatives
- Experience managing several ongoing initiatives
- Solid and creative problem solving skills with a self-starter attitude, and willingness to dive into new challenges and opportunities
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to deliver complex work through other colleagues and departments
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate plans and impact to key stakeholders
- Strong team player - able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly and effectively
- Independent thinker, proactive problem solver, able to see the big picture, and think “one step ahead”
- Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends, as this role supports multiple countries and timezones
