We provide a wide range of electrical services, including residential and commercial projects, as well as electrical maintenance and emergency services. Our team of experienced and licensed electricians is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, quality workmanship, and reliable solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Answer phone calls, provide customer support, and onboard new customers
Create and send invoices for completed work
Collaborate with the company's accountant to close the books on a monthly basis
Assist the operations manager with financial reporting and analysis
Maintain and improve the company's financial processes and systems
Ensure compliance with good bookkeeping practices and relevant regulations
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance administration, preferably in a similar role
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting principles
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
