Bookkeeper - Part Time

Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Prepare and generate financial reports for management review
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable statements
- Process and manage tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Handle payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry and accuracy
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor expenses
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
