WBM is looking for a talented individual to join our **Asset Management** team in the role of **Invoice Administrator**. As a member of the Asset Management team, you will work intimately with our clients and play a vital role in managing their Information Technology (IT) assets - ensure accurate invoicing, timely reporting, and seamless communication. Key to your role will be to gather, maintain, audit, and control all IT assets.

Our Asset Management team is a group of talented and unique individuals who demonstrate adaptability and perform their daily tasks with integrity, ensuring all clients’ needs are met. We solve big challenges and ultimately help our clients (both internally and externally) by providing trusted data that enables business decisions to be made regarding further investment in IT Assets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Min three years Customer service
- Proven track record for attention to detail and critical thinking
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
