**Position: Office Manager/Administrator**
**Job Type: Part-Time**
**Location: Regina, Saskatchewan**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating
meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, invoicing and filing
systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Assist with maintaining personnel records of employees, installers, and contractors.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

**Requirements**:
- Experience in office management or administrative roles is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

relevant software, training will also be provided.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of closet and kitchen cabinet industry is a plus.
