**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Asset Management Strategy**: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure asset management strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- **Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the entire lifecycle of infrastructure assets, from planning, procurement, and maintenance to decommissioning or replacement. Ensure that assets are maintained to the highest standards to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze asset performance, condition data, and maintenance history to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and deliver reports and presentations to senior management.
- **Compliance & Standards**: Ensure all asset management practices comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including ISO 55000 and other asset management frameworks.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure asset management strategies are integrated into broader organizational initiatives.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and assess risks associated with infrastructure assets and develop mitigation strategies to ensure asset reliability and performance.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive innovation and best practices in asset management, continually improving processes to enhance asset performance, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide junior asset management staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in infrastructure asset management, with a deep understanding of asset management principles, strategies, and tools.
- **Certifications**: Either Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP), Certified Practitioner in Asset Management (CPAM), or Certified Senior Principal in Asset Management (CSAM) designation is required.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of asset management systems, life cycle costing, risk management, and condition assessment techniques. Familiarity with ISO 55000 and other asset management frameworks is highly preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in asset management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar systems). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and generate insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
