**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day activities across our regional portfolio.
- Maintain all facets of tenant records, including filing, tracking, and maintenance.
- Handle rent collection, cheque posting, and account maintenance.
- Set up and maintain lease profiles.
- Code invoices and track lease documents.
- Track and approve all tenant monthly rental billings/EFT payments.
- Assist with the preparation of seasonal work contracts (landscaping, snow removal, etc.).
- Assist with annual inspections (HVAC, fire, etc.).
- Collaborate with the property manager and accounting department on budget preparation.
- Handle tenant and supplier inquiries.
- Distribute purchase orders.
- Prepare necessary invoices, reports, minutes, and letters.
- Provide switchboard relief and occasional vacation relief for on-site office staff.
- Schedule maintenance and follow up as required.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

**Need-to-Haves**
- 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships; team player.
- Effective time management, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail; strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Must provide a clean criminal record check.

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience in the property management field.
- Tenant Statement of Accounts experience.
- Experience with property management software.

Pay: $40,000.00-$46,230.00 per year
