**Aperçu du poste**
Tenir les dossiers du personnel, gérer les documents RH (par exemple, les dossiers d'emploi et les guides d'intégration) et mettre à jour les bases de données internes. En fin de compte, vous devriez être en mesure de vous assurer que notre service RH soutient nos employés tout en vous conformant au droit du travail.
**Tâches et responsabilités**
**Recrutement**:
- Travailler avec les chefs de service pour déterminer les besoins en personnel.
- Organiser des séances d'orientation pour tous les nouveaux employés.
- Créer et mettre à jour les descriptions de poste pour tous les postes.
- Travailler avec les chefs de service pour élaborer des listes de tâches et de contrôle pour chaque poste.
**Paie et avantages sociaux**:
- Tenir le service de paie informé de tout changement connexe dans les informations sur les employés.
- Administration des avantages sociaux collectifs : y compris l'adhésion, les révisions et les cessations de couverture, ainsi que la réponse aux demandes des employés.
- Suivi des demandes d'invalidité de longue durée et d'indemnisation hebdomadaire.
- Suivre et gérer les réclamations CSST et communiquer avec les parties concernées.
- Administration du régime enregistré d'épargne : y compris l'identification des employés qualifiés, l'adhésion, les révisions, les cessations et les retraits, ainsi que la réponse aux demandes des employés.
- Communiquer avec les opérateurs d'avantages sociaux et de plans d'épargne.
**Gestion des performances**:
- Suivi, mise à jour et distribution de fiche de suivi pour tous les salariés en probation. Comprend un suivi auprès des gestionnaires sur les avis en suspens.
- Examiner toutes les évaluations de rendement probatoires et annuelles.
- Coordonner les évaluations de performance annuelles avec les chefs de service. Comprend la définition du temps, la création d'une feuille de calcul d'employés qualifiés et la fourniture d'un soutien et d'un encadrement continus aux gestionnaires.
- Aider les chefs de service à encadrer et à discipliner leur personnel et, si nécessaire, à procéder à des licenciements.
**Entraînement**:
- Suivre toutes les formations des employés et travailler en collaboration avec les chefs de service pour évaluer les besoins de formation du personnel.
- En collaboration avec les chefs de service, créer et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles listes de contrôle de formation des employés pour chaque poste.
**Politiques, procédures et programmes**:
- Élaborer, réviser, communiquer et contrôler le respect des politiques.
- Se tenir informé des réglementations, lois et politiques nouvelles et révisées émises par les différents ministères gouvernementaux et autorités judiciaires.
- Maintenir un rôle actif au sein du comité de santé et de sécurité et aider à contrôler le respect des réglementations gouvernementales.
**Relations avec les employés**:
- Coaching et conseil continus auprès des gestionnaires et des employés de première ligne.
- Recommander, planifier et mettre en œuvre des activités de relations avec les employés.
- Participer aux négociations syndicales et traiter les griefs syndicaux.
- S'assurer que tous les dossiers du personnel sont mis à jour et à jour.
**Autre**:
- Développer la partie RH du plan d'affaires de l'hôtel et insérer les commentaires relatifs aux ressources humaines dans le rapport de fin de mois.
- Maintenir le budget du département, conformément au plan d'affaires de l'hôtel.
- Effectuer les tâches MOD, selon les besoins.
- Autres tâches associées au poste ou selon les directives du directeur général.
**Qualifications et exigences**
- Diplôme d'études supérieures en psychologie ou en ressources humaines
- Diplôme de Master en Ressources Humaines
- 5 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement syndiqué (CSN & Local 31)
- Bilingue (français et anglais) - Trois langues sont un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
- Capacité à interagir avec tous les niveaux d'employés de manière équitable et cohérente.
- Capable de maintenir la confidentialité, le calme et l'objectivité.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles.
- Connaissances informatiques et maîtrise de Microsoft Office
