**Role**:
We are seeking an operationally motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic, growing organization in the specialized industrial engineering and manufacturing sector. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our management’s ability to communicate, grow, and maximize our employees' potential. Our culture prioritizes clear expectations, aligned priorities, and constructive feedback.

**Outcomes of this role**:

- ** Maximize HR Operations**: Manage data input/accuracy for all employee life cycle processes and systems, including recruitment, integration, relocations, transfers, and separations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide best-practice HR services.
- ** Evolve Performance Management**: Coach and guide managers to improve their leadership skills and foster a performance-driven culture.
- ** Support Business Needs**: Develop our employees both personally and professionally to meet current and future business demands.
- ** Strategic Growth Contribution**: Play a strategic role in the company’s growth and success.
- ** Enhance Retention and Engagement**: Help employees build sustainable careers and increase overall retention and engagement.
- ** Streamline HR Operations**: Standardize HR operations across multiple facilities.

**Other stuff we look for**:

- 10+ years of human resources, recruitment, and/or department management experience in a related industry
- Experience with HRIS, notably ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of psychometrics and payroll
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; Spanish is a plus
