Administrative Assistant/customer Service

Our continued growth requires the addition of an experienced CSR/ Administrative Assistant to join our customer service and purchasing teams.
Day to day responsibilities of this role may include but not limited to:
Customer Service:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Order entry
- Phone inquiries
- Data Entry
- Researching products and information
- Administrative ad-hoc duties as required
Purchasing:
- Liaising with customers and vendors regarding products, lead times & back orders
- Assisting with new price lists and item inquiries
- Ad-hoc duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and administrative experience
- Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player
- Strong verbal and written communication

**Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
