**Duties**
- Procure necessary documents and materials for various transactions/deals
- File and maintain electronic documentation in an organized manner.
- Write and edit documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 iCloud storage platform for document management and collaboration with team members.
- Communicate effectively via Outlook
- Maintain proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Windows operating systems.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail for document creation and editing.
- Ability to procure necessary information efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively within deadlines.

This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of documentation processes within the organization, ensuring that all materials are accessible, accurate, and well-organized.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00-$60,533.00 per year
