**TEAM LEAD, CRM**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Own the CRM A/B testing program through Agile methodologies, measuring the incremental growth;
- Partner with the Sr. CRM Specialist on CRM customer experience strategies across all retention channels and find opportunities to test and optimise;
- Collaborate with the Sr. CRM specialist and CRM Product Manager on the data and personalization strategy;
- Be the point of contact and partner with Marketing and Creative teams on key marketing campaign strategies;
- Understand UX and lead CRM campaign creation through design-thinking methods;
- Adept at data storytelling and presenting at the leadership level;
- Reporting and analysis duties - responsible for up keeping and synthesising insights from our KPIs and trending. Collaborate or support w/ Sr. Specialist on insights;
- Drive education and best practices of CRM across the business.

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience in executing digital CRM campaigns and retention programs;
- 2+ years of Loyalty, Marketing or Digital Marketing Team Lead experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Business, or quantitative field required, advanced degrees a plus;
- Strong number background, data-driven, and strong problem-solving skills;
- Experience with the Salesforce Suite of products (i.e., Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud) is a plus;
- Experience with core analytics and reporting tools (ex. Google Analytics 4, Power BI), CDP and segmentation platforms (ex. Twilio Segment or Optimove), and SMS platforms (ex. Klaviyo, Attentive);
- Experience with the Agile methodology framework;
- Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry is a plus;
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills;
- Bilingual: French and English (spoken and written);
- Thrive in the face of change with a strong sense of urgency;
- The ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration across teams;
- Be proactive and exceed expected results.
