**Responsabilités clés**:
- Identifier et cibler des clients potentiels uniquement à travers le Québec.
- Générer de nouveaux prospects via des appels à froid, des courriels et d'autres stratégies de prospection.
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec de nouveaux clients, en comprenant leurs besoins et en offrant des solutions adaptées.
- Présenter et promouvoir les services d'Axxonlab aux clients potentiels.
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs et cibles de vente.
- Maintenir des dossiers précis des activités de vente et des interactions avec les clients.
- Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie et des conditions du marché pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires.
- Fournir des retours d'information à la direction sur les conditions du marché, la concurrence et les besoins des clients.
**Exigences**:
- Expérience avérée dans la vente, de préférence dans un rôle à commission.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer efficacement son temps.
- Familiarité avec les stratégies de prospection téléphonique et par courriel.
- Objectif clair de dépassement des cibles et des résultats.
- Capacité à établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients.
- Maîtrise des logiciels CRM et autres outils de vente.
- Une expérience dans l'industrie des tests environnementaux est un atout, mais non requise.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients in Quebec ONLY.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present and promote Axxonlab’s services to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competition, and customer needs.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience in the environmental testing industry is a plus, but not required.
