**Position Overview**:
The Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist will manage HubSpot CRM systems, generate leads, drive brand awareness, and optimize customer lifecycle marketing. The role focuses on CRM management, digital marketing, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**CRM Management**:
- Support new HubSpot CRM initiatives aimed at enhancing the tracking of customer interactions and optimizing the customer journey.
- Ensure customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and segmented effectively for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Design and implement customer lifecycle strategies to enhance customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
**Digital Marketing**:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Generate leads and drive brand awareness through SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
**Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing and CRM performance metrics.
- Generate reports and insights for the marketing team and senior management.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM management, strongly emphasizing HubSpot.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
**Interpersonal Skills**:
- Problem-solving: A strong problem-solving mindset is necessary for identifying opportunities for improvement, troubleshooting campaign performance issues, and developing creative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills are required to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights from complex information is crucial for making data-driven decisions and optimizing digital marketing and CRM efforts.
- Empathy: Understanding prospects' and customers' needs, preferences, and pain points is essential for creating personalized and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
