Le réseau d’assurance IDC Worldsource Inc. est un agent général de gestion (AGG) en services financiers ayant un objectif unique : être le principal AGG pour tous les conseillers indépendants au Canada. **RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Encadrer et superviser l’équipe aux nouvelles affaires
- Gestion des horaires, absences, vacances et remplacement;
- Gestion et suivi de la répartition des blocs d’affaires
- Préparer des réunions d’équipe hebdomadaire afin de garder une bonne communication
- & synergie;
- Formation des employés;
- Recevoir, écouter les plaintes des conseillers et enrayer leurs insatisfactions en effectuant de la résolution de problème;
- S’assurer de la qualité des suivis et appels téléphoniques ainsi que des délais de traitement;
- Suivi de dossier VIP;
- Vérification mensuelle des affaires dans le « moulin »
- Effectuer les évaluations annuelles;
- Création de clients, propositions et polices dans Wealthserv Assurance
- Aider aux suivis en cas de débordement;
- Rapport à fournir sur demande;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par le gestionnaire

**COMPÉTENCES**:

- Expérience avec le suivi des nouvelles affaires;
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des services financiers et/ou un poste similaire
- Maîtrise de la suite Office, MS Excel
- Ce poste exige une connaissance avancée en anglais écrit/parlé (vous serez régulièrement appelé à interagir auprès de fournisseur hors-Québec et à intervenir dans des dossiers dont la documentation est en anglais)
- Connaissance en ressources humaines
- Connaissance du système Wealthserv Assurance (un atout)
- Aptitudes interpersonnelles, facilité à la communication orale et écrite
- Être capable de gérer un flux de travail important et établir des priorités
- Faire preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Mentor and supervise the new business team
- Management of schedules, absences, vacations and replacements;
- Management and monitoring of the distribution of business blocks
- Prepare weekly team meetings to keep good communication & synergy;
- Employee training;
- Receive, listen to advisors' complaints and curb their dissatisfaction by resolving problems;
- Ensure the quality of follow-ups and phone calls as well as processing times;
- VIP file follow-up;
- Monthly business check in the "mill"
- Conduct annual evaluations;
- Client Creation, Applications, and Policies in Wealthserv Insurance
- Assist with follow-ups in the event of an overflow;
- Report to be provided upon request;
- Any other related duties requested by the manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience with the follow-up of new cases;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services and/or a similar position
- Proficient in Office Suite, MS Excel
- This position requires advanced knowledge of written/spoken English (you will be regularly called upon to interact with suppliers outside Quebec and to intervene in files whose documentation is in English)
- Knowledge of human resources
- Knowledge of the Wealthserv Assurance system (an asset)
- Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
- Be able to manage a large workflow and set priorities
- Demonstrate initiative and autonomy
