RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with recruitment managers and operational managers;
- Write and post attractive job offers on various recruitment platforms;
- Coordinate interviews with managers and relevant teams;
- Collaborate with recruitment managers to develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Perform any other duties related to the position.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field;
- One year's previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar professional environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management;
- Sense of discretion and respect for confidentiality;
This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
