About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Recruitment Professional to drive our 360-desk recruitment services across key sectors, including Construction, IT, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Food & Beverage. This role requires end-to-end management of the recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships independently, and providing comprehensive recruitment and business development services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition, job briefing, and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up.
  • Partner with clients to assess specific hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various technical and non-technical roles, ensuring alignment with industry-specific standards.
  • Utilize a mix of sourcing strategies including industry-specific job boards, social media, and networking events to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process, ensuring smooth onboarding for both client and candidate.
Business Development:
  • Independently drive business development efforts, identifying and reaching out to potential clients within the targeted industries.
  • Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships, providing end-to-end service from initial contact through contract completion.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to position services effectively.
  • Attend networking events and utilize industry forums to generate leads, build credibility, and expand the client base.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and position services for future hiring needs.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor for both sides of the recruitment process.
  • Offer clients expert advice on talent market conditions, hiring strategies, and candidate expectations to support informed decision-making.
  • Establish and foster connections with academic institutions, professional associations, and other industry networks to enhance recruitment and business development goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a 360-desk in recruitment, with a focus on Construction, IT, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Food & Beverage sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and business development autonomously.
  • Track record of successful client acquisition, candidate placement, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and sourcing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
