**About the Opportunity**
The Sales & Events Administrator provides administrative support to the VP, rennie Consumer Services and coordination of the real estate advisor facing programs and projects in their portfolio. This role is hands-on in planning, communicating, and executing a wide range of events, programs, and projects that support new and established advisors in onboarding to rennie, increasing their sales performance, and growing their business. Passionate about getting the details right, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and multi-tasking, the Sales & Events Administrator collaborates with a variety of rennie teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to get the job done.
**Duties and Responsibilities**- Plans departmental team events and provides administrative support for advisor-led events in rspaces- Manages bookings calendar and communications for events in rspaces, liaising with operations teams (tech or office services) as-needed to maintain the facility- Plans, set-ups and hosts in-person and virtual meetings, sales training, and events including scheduling, space and logistics, speakers and materials, promotions, technology set-up and management, attendance management, and participant surveys- Drafts, coordinates, and distributes communications to advisors and employees about sales programs, learning opportunities, meetings, and events- Collect and analyze feedback and program evaluation data- Sales incentive and celebration program: drafts and coordinates ongoing communications and gifting, and provides administrative and on-site support for in-person and virtual events celebrating top sales leaders- Assists Executive in researching, planning, hosting and publishing advisor recruitment, coaching, and ongoing learning opportunities- Maintains up-to-date contact and training records, providing information to external parties on behalf of rennie and responding to internal inquiries about advisors as-needed- In conjunction with other rennie teams, maintains and updates advisor documentation, tools, and resources hosted in various tech platforms and at rspaces- Documents and contributes to the continuous development of advisor lifecycle systems, processes, communications, and programs- Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments and travel on behalf of the Executive- Researches, drafts and proofreads professional documents, reports, presentations, correspondence and communications, often on behalf of the Executive, using individual initiative and as assigned- Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, mailing, expense and invoice reconciliation, taking meeting minutes to capture commitments and action plans
**Education and Experience**- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience coordinating projects and providing administrative support to senior leaders- Experience hosting meetings and presentation in-person and virtually- Experience providing excellent client service
