Robbins Parking Service is excited to be recruiting for a full time position as a Junior Accounting and HR Associate at our Head Office in Downtown Victoria.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process exporting and uploading of journal entries from multiple data sources.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits and other financial assessments.

**HR Duties**:

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the maintenance of employee records and databases.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees.
- Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and assisting in conflict resolution.
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee training sessions.
- Collaborate with the management team on various HR initiatives and projects.

**Qualifications**:
**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Experience**:

- Previous internship or academic experience in accounting or HR is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
