- **Job Summary**_

Reporting to the Account Manager, the Junior Account Administrator assists in day to day office administration, ensuring office processes run smoothly. The Junior Account Administrator manages client documentation, helps in data entry, and assists with other client and administrative related functions. Under supervision, the Junior Account Administrator will oversee client relationships and account management of select accounts
- **Primary Responsibilities and Duties**_

Respond to and resolve client concerns using the correct company policies and procedures

Manage and organize company files and drives

Assist in data entry, inputting data into the Customer Relationship Management System and Microsoft Excel

Assist in collection of metrics from the Customer Relationship Management System

Assist in the client renewal process; prepare files and other pertinent information related to client files

Develop and maintain spreadsheets associated with record management

Manage office supplies and order inventory as needed

Help to coordinate staff meetings, executive schedules, and corporate events

Provide timely and professional telephone answering and call routing

Create content for newsletters, travel blogs, and monthly employee meetings

Maintain office cleanliness and organization

- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- A strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Strong people skills
- Some knowledge of insurance, investments, and group benefits
- **Nice to have**_
- 1 year of administrative experience
- A Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration.
- Some marketing experience
- Some customer service experience
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management software
- Some volunteer or community involvement experience
