THE OPPORTUNITY:
Cube Packaging Solutions has an immediate opening at its Aurora location for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator is responsible for providing superior customer service to Cube’s internal customers by assisting with event and program planning and execution as well as day to day administrative/office requirements. This position works closely with the executive team to provide support and deliver programs which drive a positive organizational culture, enhance community presence and creates a favorable public image.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
**Executive Support**
- Provides business and personal support to CEO and Principal as directed
- Meetings
- Projects
- Travel
- Compiles corporation records. Works with corporate lawyers to ensure all documentation is correct and is filed with the appropriate agencies - trademarks, NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements, etc.
- Responsible for issuing, tracking and ensuring execution of NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements
- Handles sensitive and confidential information relating to activities of the Corporation
- Administers all project related items; compiles and prepares community engagement on projects, meets with potential partners, coordinates agreement
- Corporate Programs
- Ambassador for the corporation (Cube Packaging in the US and surrounding community) - responsible for creating and communicating a favorable public image - builds strong internal and external relationships.
- Coordinates activities that enhances culture and team building while supporting our local community and charities.
- Creates an annual project/program plan, its budgets, and goals and objectives.
- Manage the Service Awards and Recognition Program.
- Social Activities
- Community Outreach Initiatives
- Meal program
- Charity and Fund Raising Activities

**Marketing and Sales**
- Organizes trade show exhibits - booths, graphics, freight and logistics, flights, accommodations
- Coordinates Sales Rep annual meeting - venue, meals, fights, accommodations
- Prepares customer presentations as well as composes and edits drafts of various correspondence, reports, etc.

SKILLS:

- Self-starter, highly organized, ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail and goal oriented.
- Ability to handle situations professionally with sensitivity, confidentiality, diplomacy and tact.
- Excellent communication and people management skills; must be a team player
- Solid knowledge of the relevant policies, labour law, employment standards and other regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Comfortable adjusting to a fluid business environment
- Superior communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues
- Must have experience with working with ADP HRIS system
- Proven work experience as a trusted HR advisor and HR Generalist; 1-3 years' experience.
- Working towards CHRP designation is an asset.
